Family Assistance Center

Effective Friday, August 18, at 10 a.m, the Family Assistance Center (FAC) is moving from its current location at the Kahului Community Center to the Hyatt Regency’s Monarchy Ballroom, located at 200 Nohea Kai Drive in Kaʻanapali. FAC services at the Kahului Community Center will end as of 8 p.m. on Thursday, August 17.

 

A Family Assistance Center is open at Hyatt Regency’s Monarchy Ballroom for family members who are looking for information about loved ones who are unaccounted for and may be affected by the wildfires on Maui.

 

People trying to locate loved ones who may be impacted by the fires can call the American Red Cross hotline at 1-800-733-2767 and select Option 4. Follow the voice prompts for “Hawaii Wildfires”
